One account per player. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification.

daya4d's primary service area is Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be under any legal restriction or court order that prohibits you from engaging in gambling or gaming activities.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on daya4d. Multiple Account registrations by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued by daya4d or by any third-party responsible gaming organization, at the time of registration or during the period of Account use. If you have previously self-excluded, you must contact our support team before attempting to re-register.
To use the Services, you must complete the daya4d registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, and not misleading. Any changes to your personal information — including email address, phone number, or bank account details — must be communicated to daya4d promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or Account suspension.
daya4d is required to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawal requests and may request verification at any time for compliance purposes. Required documents typically include:
daya4d may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and/or delay of pending withdrawal requests.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify daya4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. daya4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
daya4d supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). daya4d does not charge fees for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own fees and daya4d is not responsible for any such charges.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposit minimums for specific payment methods may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits that fall below the minimum threshold for the selected payment method will not be credited and may be returned to the originating account, subject to processing timelines.

daya4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or public holidays. During periods of high transaction volume or scheduled maintenance, processing times may be extended.
By depositing funds into your daya4d Account, you confirm that all funds are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. daya4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions and to suspend Account activity pending the outcome of such reviews.
daya4d offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin equivalents, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. All promotions are subject to these Terms and any additional specific bonus terms published alongside each offer.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. As a general i rule, welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x, while free-chip promotions carry a 30x requirement. Wagers on different game categories contribute to the wagering requirement at different rates, which are published in the promotional terms for each offer.

Sports betting outcomes are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing authority. Where a match is postponed, abandoned, or altered in a manner that materially affects settlement, daya4d shall settle bets in accordance with its published sportsbook rules, which form an integral part of these Terms.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets are settled based on the official results released by the respective lottery operators (e.g., Togel SGP, Togel HK, Togel Sydney). Settlement occurs automatically immediately following the publication of the relevant draw result. It is your responsibility to verify your bets and winnings.
daya4d reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error has occurred, including where displayed odds or lines were materially incorrect due to a technical malfunction, human error, or erroneous data feed. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your Account. This right is exercised in good faith and will not be applied on the basis of ordinary market movements.
For sabung ayam (traditional Indonesian cockfighting) markets, settlement follows the official live result announced by the licensed arena broadcaster. Results are final once validated by the arena's official supervisory feed. Wagers on Meron vs Wala and related formats are settled against the official winning cock and declared outcome.
Maximum stake limits are set per account tier, per game, and per market. daya4d may cap winnings on any single bet, game round, or settlement period. The applicable maximums are displayed within each game or market interface.

In the event of a breach of these Terms, daya4d may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, take one or more of the following actions: reverse any transactions, void any bets, cancel any bonuses, reduce the Account Balance, suspend or permanently close the Account, and/or report the matter to appropriate authorities where required by law.
All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and any other intellectual property associated with the daya4d platform, including the brand name and logo, are the property of daya4d or its respective licensors. They are protected under applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from daya4d.
All game titles, studio brands, and third-party content displayed on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence or with permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest in such content to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, daya4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
daya4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, power failures, internet outages, or failure of third-party systems or payment processors.
daya4d makes reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available and secure at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. You acknowledged that the internet is inherently susceptible to interruptions, latency, and errors, and day a4d shall not be liable for losses arising from these technical conditions.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial or investment advice. All gaming and betting activity is undertaken at your own risk, and you are responsible for the management of your own finances.
daya4d respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding the personal information you provide to us. The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your data as described in that policy.
In summary, day a4d collects personal data to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity (KYC), comply with applicable legal obligations, and improve our services. daya4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which day a4d is duly licensed and regulated, as notified on the Platform. Where the Platform is operated under an international gaming licence, the applicable governing law shall be the law of the jurisdiction issuing that licence, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably by contacting day a4d support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of initial notification, the matter may be submitted to the competent dispute resolution body or court of the licensing jurisdiction.
Failure by day a4d to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision. Any waiver must be granted in writing by day a4d and shall apply only to the specific instance to which it relates.
